1. Who can take the test?
We welcome anyone who would like to get tested for COVID-19. For travel or employment purposes, we advise clients to check with their airline/destination/company for their COVID-19 test requirements.
2. What must I bring to the clinic on the date of my test?
All patients are required to wear a mask and face shield upon entry to our clinics and to keep these on for the duration of their appointment.
3. When will I get my results?
This depends on the type of test and package you availed.

Only follow-up on your test result if
1. We exceeded the allotted turnaround time and you still did not get the result
2. You gave the wrong or incomplete email address
5. DOH accreditation
We are a DOH-accredited facility for RT-PCR (swab) Test, Rapid Antibody Test, and Rapid Antigen Test.
6. Are you accredited in other countries?
We are a licensed COVID-19 laboratory in the country, duly accredited by the Department of Health. As to your inquiry, it is best to ask your particular airline or country of destination if they accept results from a DOH-licensed laboratory.
7. Can I get tested at Mactan Cebu International Airport?

⏰ The schedule is Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
*Only the RT-PCR (swab) and the Antigen Test is available at the airport swab site
